Is sleep the Fat Burning Furnace secret?
Believe it or not, one of the key components of the Fat Burning Furnace weight loss program is rest. Yes, you read that right. Adequate amounts of rest are equally, if not more important than the exercises contained in the Fat Burning Furnace program. As I discussed in my post Fat Burning Furnace shatters weight loss myths, tiny tears will develop in your muscles during high intensity resistance training. In order to adapt to and overcome these tears, the body gets stronger and develops larger muscles. The additional muscle leads to your body burning fat faster and becoming more lean.
This process of muscle repair and growth takes place when the body is at rest. If the body is not provided with an adequate amount of rest it cannot do its job. Many people believe, incorrectly, that when it comes to exercising, more is better. Nothing could be further from the truth. If you do not allow your body adequate time to heal and grow stronger you will end up tired and demotivated. Your body won’t be burning the fat like it could be and you’ll may give up your weight loss efforts altogether. Don’t let this happen to you. With this research in mind, I would recommend that you try to get seven and a half hours of sleep per night. That equates to five 90 minute sleep cycles.
